Our Team

DIGLIS Consulting was established by Simon & Katie Slevin, with the aim of creating a specialist Retail and FMCG talent consultancy. Since then, the business has evolved and we have built an enviable client list, worked with some mind-blowing talent and reached right around the world to build an international business we are all very proud of.

Simon Slevin

Director & Co-founder

Simon leads all client management, acting as the initial and ongoing point of contact for the businesses we support. Simon offers all his expertise to guarantee a successful outcome on every project we undertake.

Beyond recruitment, Simon also leads our consultancy projects. Simon spent the first five years of his career in Marketing, initially with Experian and then with Unilever across Insights and Brand Marketing.

Since 2007, Simon has worked in the recruitment industry, initially working for two of the world’s most respected global companies and then launching a global search business which then led to the creation of DIGLIS Consulting.

Katie Slevin

Director & Co-founder

Katie is the glue that holds our business together, focusing on our marketing, systems, finance and admin to support the team who work together with our clients to identify the very best talent.

Katie has almost 20 years of business experience gained from within advertising agencies, financial services marketing and project management. As a result of this diverse background, Katie brings a strong structure to how we work behind the scenes.
